Salon Policies
At Maddison Hair Salon in Sheffield, we strive to provide the best possible service and experience for every client. To help us run smoothly and fairly, we kindly ask all guests to familiarise themselves with our salon policies below.
Cancellation Policy
We understand that life happens and plans can change. However, to respect the time of our team and other clients, we kindly ask that you provide at least 48 hours’ notice if you need to cancel, reschedule, or change your appointment.
If less than 48 hours’ notice is given, you will unfortunately lose your deposit, and may be asked to pay a new deposit before making another booking.
Deposit Policy
To secure certain appointments, we require a £50 deposit for colour services, hair extensions, weaves and keratin smoothing treatments.
This deposit is due at the time of booking or no later than seven days before your appointment.
Your deposit will be credited towards your final bill on the day of your appointment.
If you need to cancel or reschedule, please give us at least 48 hours’ notice. Failing to do so will result in your appointment being classified as a ‘no show’, and your deposit will be forfeited.
Allergy Alert Testing
We are proud to be a colour-safe salon. To ensure your safety and peace of mind, we require:
New clients, and clients who have not visited us for six months or more to visit the salon for a quick Allergy Alert Test (patch test) at least 48 hours before any colour service. This is a simple and essential step to protect your health and allow us to safely carry out your colour appointment.
