What Are Your Opening Times?

We are open the following times:

Monday: Closed
Tuesday: 10am - 6pm
Wednesday: 10am - 8pm
Thursday: 10am - 8pm
Friday: 10am - 7pm
Saturday: 9am - 4pm
Sunday: Closed

Where Can I Park?

All roads around the shop are pay and display. You can use the pay by phone parking app. Some roads are 2 hours some are 4 hours.

What Is Your Cancellation Policy?

We ask that you provide at least 48 hours’ notice if you need to cancel, reschedule, or change your appointment. If less than 48 hours’ notice is given, you will unfortunately lose your deposit, and may be asked to pay a new deposit before making another booking.

We require a £50 deposit for the following services:

  • Colour services
  • Hair extensions
  • Weaves
  • Keratin smoothing treatments

This deposit is due at the time of booking or no later than seven days before your appointment.

Your deposit will be credited towards your final bill on the day of your appointment.

If you need to cancel or reschedule, please give us at least 48 hours’ notice. Failing to do so will result in your appointment being classified as a ‘no show’, and your deposit will be forfeited.

Do I Need A Patch Test Before Colour?

We are proud to be a colour-safe salon. To ensure your safety and peace of mind, we ask new clients, and clients who have not visited us for six months or more, to visit the salon for a quick Allergy Alert Test (patch test) at least 48 hours before any colour service. This is a simple and essential step to protect your health and allow us to safely carry out your colour appointment.
